Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retail Sales Manager who will lead and develop a remote team of part-time sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with remote representatives and management
• Evaluate and implement operational best practices to enhance business outcomes
• Proactively recruit, interview, and hire representatives to meet staffing needs

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years of management experience in retail or related fields required
• 3 years of experience in retail, merchandising, or consumer packaged goods required
• Account/Client Management experience is desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote business tools
