Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retail Sales Manager to lead and manage a remote team of sales representatives.

• Builds and maintains long-term relationships with remote representatives and management
• Evaluates and implements operational best practices to enhance business outcomes
• Proactively recruits, hires, and trains representatives while ensuring performance standards are met

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years of management experience in retail or related fields required
• 3 years of experience in retail, merchandising, or consumer packaged goods required
• Account/Client Management experience is desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and understanding of retail field programs
