Retail Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Exchange/Marketplace and Medicare sales operations, the fully remote Retail Sales Operations Analyst will manage onboarding processes, oversee agent credentialing, and develop reports and dashboards to enhance operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and appointment processes for brokers and insurance agencies
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support sales operations initiatives
• Serve as the primary point of contact for agent appointment and credentialing issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in healthcare, managed care, insurance, or sales operations
• Experience developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards and business intelligence reporting tools
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including data manipulation and reporting
• Familiarity with ACA Marketplace products and agent appointment processes
