Retail Sales Planning Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly organized and analytical Retail Sales Planning Manager, this full-time remote position will manage retail planning and execution, oversee business operations, and conduct business analysis to drive sustainable growth across retail customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate retailer promotions and support merchandising initiatives from planning through execution
• Manage new item setup, maintain retailer documentation, and oversee SKU master files
• Analyze retail sales data and forecasts to inform inventory management and identify opportunities

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with forecasting/demand planning and S&OP processes preferred
• Familiarity with major retailers and their portals preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to leverage data for business insights
