Job Summary

To enhance in-store selling and ensure compliance with distribution and promotional standards, the full-time Retail Sales Specialist will manage sales calls, execute merchandising plans, and drive brand awareness in grocery stores within the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and close sales calls for assigned store accounts to achieve target sales goals
• Manage the timely execution of sales programs and initiatives for maximum profitability
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and maintain inventory levels while ensuring customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in the consumer products industry
• Strong selling skills with the ability to influence store personnel
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently across multiple stores
• Must have a personal vehicle and excellent driving record for work-related travel
