Retail Space Planner

Job Summary

To enhance merchandising and assortment strategies, the full-time Retail Space Planner II will administer and optimize category management platforms, develop planograms, and support automation initiatives while working in a hybrid environment with in-office collaboration on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain planograms, document rules and standards, and support category/merchandising teams with space and assortment scenarios
• Administer Blue Yonder or similar systems, managing users, security, performance, and ensuring data integrity
• Develop automation scripts and provide technical support for application, data, and performance issues

Required qualifications

• Experience with category management/space planning tools, preferably Blue Yonder
• Strong understanding of planogram automation and space optimization techniques
• Exposure to AI-enabled assortment planning or retail analytics tools
• Ability to combine technical skills with effective communication and a proactive mindset
• Demonstrated experience in implementing AI tools to improve processes and deliver results
