Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retail Success Manager to support account strategies with major retailers and distributors in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage business relationships with designated Retail & B2B/Distributor customers
  • Create and manage an account success plan collaboratively with customer and internal stakeholders
  • Drive brand adoption through marketing campaigns and advocate for Salsify brands within retail/distributor accounts
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in fast-paced environments, preferably in high tech
  • Experience working with retailers or distributors as an employee, vendor, or supplier
  • Strong project or program management experience
  • Experience navigating large, complex Fortune 1000 companies
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
