Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retailer Success Manager, Strategic Accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main liaison for enterprise managed services clients, ensuring exceptional service and alignment with their business objectives
  • Plan and schedule retail clients' promotional video messaging and paid ads while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of client broadcast breakouts and ad revenue reporting, while addressing client needs and resolving issues
Required Qualifications
  • High proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of the digital media and advertising landscape, particularly DOOH or video
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or client service support
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software is a strong plus
