Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retail Support Advisor who will provide operational support to retail banking branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephone, email, and live chat support for operational issues in retail banking branches
• Analyze and communicate policies and procedures affecting retail branches
• Resolve technical, operational, and system issues while assisting external customers with inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum one year of retail experience in a bank branch
• Good knowledge of operational policies, procedures, products, and services
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficient computer navigation skills using various software packages
