Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the L3 Retail Tech Support Specialist will provide expert-level technical support for complex retail technology issues, focusing on incident management, problem resolution, and collaboration with various teams to enhance service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues and ensure effective communication
- Provide advanced support for omni-channel retail technology platforms, including installation and maintenance of POS and related systems
- Assist in testing and implementing new hardware and software solutions while managing project timelines and deliverables
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of IT experience
- 1-3 years of experience in the food industry
- Familiarity with restaurant operations
- Customer service experience
- Expert knowledge of retail technology
