Retail Technology Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retail Technology Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding tasks and provide technical support for retailer or partner implementations
• Monitor support requests post-launch and recommend product changes to address recurring issues
• Provide technical guidance to retailers and partners to resolve technical issues efficiently

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in systems development or support
• Experience interacting with customers in a technical capacity
• Familiarity with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
• Knowledge of the grocery retail industry
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
