Retail Training Specialist

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Retail Training & Communications Specialist for the Global HOKA team, the successful candidate will develop and manage training and communication resources to enhance performance and engagement among retail team members while collaborating with global and regional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead virtual and in-person training programs focused on service, operations, product knowledge, and visual merchandising
• Create and evolve training resources in alignment with brand and regional priorities
• Measure effectiveness of training initiatives through various performance metrics and feedback mechanisms

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5 to 7 years of experience in retail and/or training environments
• Skilled in global training facilitation and digital content creation
• Experienced in communication strategy and stakeholder management
• Adept at cross-functional collaboration and employee engagement
