Job Summary

Leading a growing team of consultants, the full-time salaried Retainer Management Team Manager will oversee customer relationships, program operations, and drive customer success in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of consultants, providing coaching, feedback, and career development support
• Oversee the operational health of the Retainer Management program, ensuring consistent execution and continuous improvement of processes
• Act as a liaison between the Retainer Management team and internal stakeholders to align customer needs with service capabilities

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in people leadership and management, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• Demonstrated expertise in program or operations management with a focus on process design and continuous improvement
• Experience in customer success or account management, ensuring high-quality customer engagement
• Familiarity with cybersecurity services or incident response operations
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to align priorities and resolve issues
