Job Summary
Leading a growing team of consultants, the full-time salaried Retainer Management Team Manager will oversee customer relationships, program operations, and drive customer success in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of consultants, providing coaching, feedback, and career development support
- Oversee the operational health of the Retainer Management program, ensuring consistent execution and continuous improvement of processes
- Act as a liaison between the Retainer Management team and internal stakeholders to align customer needs with service capabilities
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in people leadership and management, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Demonstrated expertise in program or operations management with a focus on process design and continuous improvement
- Experience in customer success or account management, ensuring high-quality customer engagement
- Familiarity with cybersecurity services or incident response operations
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to align priorities and resolve issues
