Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retention Account Manager (EST and CST).

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain valued relationships with customers to drive business growth and ensure retention
  • Manage all renewal, contract negotiation, and commercial activities for customers
  • Identify upsell opportunities and new business leads within the existing account base
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales or Customer Success/Account Management role focused on revenue growth
  • Experience analyzing customer behavior and developing targeted retention strategies
  • Proven ability to lead negotiation processes and manage customer renewals and upsells
  • Experience managing a large book of business
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
