Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Retain clients seeking to cancel within the first 30 days through calls, email, and online sources
- Build rapport with clients and apply persuasive rebuttal skills to encourage retention
- Document client discussions accurately using Salesforce and meet performance goals
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of work experience in client retention
- High school diploma required
- Experience in sales and account management with a track record of meeting performance expectations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Punctual and reliable attendance is expected
