• Retain clients seeking to cancel within the first 30 days through calls, email, and online sources
• Build rapport with clients and apply persuasive rebuttal skills to encourage retention
• Document client discussions accurately using Salesforce and meet performance goals

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of work experience in client retention
• High school diploma required
• Experience in sales and account management with a track record of meeting performance expectations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Punctual and reliable attendance is expected
