• Retain clients seeking to cancel within the first 30 days through calls, email, and online communication

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of work experience in client retention
• High school diploma required
• Experience in sales and account management with a track record of meeting performance expectations
• Punctuality and readiness to work at the start of the shift
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
