Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retention Agent to support clients considering cancellation of their services.
Key Responsibilities
- Retain clients seeking to cancel by making and answering calls, emails, and online communications
- Build rapport with clients and apply persuasive skills to encourage them to stay in the program
- Document client interactions clearly using Salesforce and meet performance goals set by the management team
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of work experience in client retention
- High school diploma required
- Experience in sales and account management with a track record of meeting performance expectations
- Punctuality and readiness to start shifts on time
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
