Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Retain clients seeking to cancel by making and answering calls, emails, and online communications
  • Build rapport with clients and apply persuasive skills to encourage them to stay in the program
  • Document client interactions clearly using Salesforce and meet performance goals set by the management team
Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of work experience in client retention
  • High school diploma required
  • Experience in sales and account management with a track record of meeting performance expectations
  • Punctuality and readiness to start shifts on time
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
