Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retention Agent, Direct Distribution - Personal Lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Makes and receives calls from current policyholders to perform retention-related activities, including cross-selling additional products
• Contacts policyholders post-claim closure for service reviews and inquiries
• Processes policy changes, advises policyholders, and provides back-up support to sales agents

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• State licensing for property/casualty and life products in 45 states
• Three or more years of related work experience in property/casualty sales preferred
• Minimum one year of sales experience; Nationwide sales associate experience preferred
• Undergraduate studies in insurance, marketing, communications, or related field preferred
