Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retention and Collections Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess churn risk of current clients and develop strategies to combat those risks
• Provide expertise, guidance, and resources to at-risk clients
• Ensure timely payment collection from clients and resolve any overdue accounts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Self-starter with strong time management and project management skills
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with key business contacts
