Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Self-starter with strong time management and project management skills
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with key business contacts
