Retention and CRM Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retention & CRM Specialist who will manage automated flows and execute campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, edit, and maintain automated flows in Klaviyo while managing flow variants and filters
• Assist with QA on test sends and audit links and parameters for accuracy
• Execute campaigns across email, SMS, push, and TikTok CRM, supporting the Retention Manager as needed

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in email or CRM operations
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, including flows and segments
• Experience executing campaigns across email, SMS, push, and TikTok CRM
• Strong attention to detail in QA environments
• Basic HTML knowledge for email troubleshooting is a plus
