Job Summary

Leading the Retention and Lifecycle Management strategy, the full-time remote Retention and Lifecycle Manager will develop and optimize lifecycle marketing initiatives across email, SMS, and subscription channels to drive customer engagement and lifetime value growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy and roadmap, defining KPIs and delivering performance improvements
  • Manage the Email and SMS team to create impactful customer communication strategies and personalized journeys
  • Lead the customer support team to align customer feedback with lifecycle optimization efforts
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, or related e-commerce marketing roles
  • Proven success managing multi-channel lifecycle programs and experience with subscription and loyalty business models
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing
  • Familiarity with CRM and customer engagement tools, including ESPs and reporting tools
  • People management or team lead experience in a fast-paced environment
