Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retention Deal Manager who will support the Franchise Retention organization by managing retention-related franchise agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate franchise agreement terms with franchisees and ensure alignment with corporate objectives
• Track closing dates and resolve issues to facilitate timely execution of agreements
• Collaborate with internal teams to address deal-related challenges and provide updates on pipeline activity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• Experience in contract execution, deal management, or legally regulated processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex workflows
• Strong commitment to data accuracy and compliance
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
