Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retention Lead to sustain strong partnerships and support the long-term success of the HealthySteps program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sites post-fidelity attainment, ensuring ongoing support and partnership
  • Conduct regular check-ins to identify and address emerging challenges faced by sites
  • Develop Customer Success Plans and monitor site health indicators to ensure stability and satisfaction
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 5-7 years of experience in customer success, implementation support, or program management, preferably in health care or early childhood settings
  • Demonstrated experience in building long-term customer relationships through proactive engagement
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a related field preferred
  • Certifications in Customer Success Management or implementation science frameworks preferred
  • Familiarity with the HealthySteps model or similar evidence-based models is a plus
