Job Summary
Owning the global subscriber P&L, the full-time remote Retention Lead will manage metrics such as NRR, churn, and LTV while leveraging AI tools to enhance the post-purchase experience and drive subscriber growth across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee subscriber P&L metrics, including NRR, gross churn, and reactivation rates, to improve retention strategies
- Implement AI-driven retention initiatives, including predictive modeling and personalized content generation, to enhance customer engagement
- Lead lifecycle and CRM programs, ensuring effective communication and community-building across various platforms
Required qualifications
- Proven experience managing a subscription base of over $50M ARR or 250,000+ active subscribers
- Strong expertise in AI applications within retention strategies, including LLMs and predictive models
- Demonstrable track record of improving retention metrics such as NRR and LTV
- In-depth knowledge of modern retention platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Recharge) and subscription mechanics
- Creative leadership experience in managing high-volume lifecycle marketing initiatives
