Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Retention team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
  • Consult with at-risk owners to understand and resolve their challenges, enhancing their confidence in the services
  • Own team metrics and analyze owner feedback to drive performance improvement and reduce churn
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales, retention, or account management experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing or coaching teams
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a positive and high-performance team environment
