Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Retention to lead a team focused on maximizing the value of the existing owner base.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Retention team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Consult with at-risk owners to understand and resolve their challenges, enhancing their confidence in the services
- Own team metrics and analyze owner feedback to drive performance improvement and reduce churn
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales, retention, or account management experience
- 3+ years of experience managing or coaching teams
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Demonstrated ability to foster a positive and high-performance team environment
- Curious and committed to ongoing personal development
