Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retention Manager to oversee customer lifecycle and enhance subscriber lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement retention and lifecycle strategies across various channels
  • Optimize high-impact flows in Klaviyo and drive subscription retention through experimentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer journey and retention metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 3-7+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing, preferably in DTC/e-commerce or subscription
  • Proven subscription retention experience with a focus on rebill rate, LTV, and cancellation rate
  • Hands-on experience with email/SMS lifecycle platforms and subscription tools
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with retention metrics and data interpretation
  • Excellent copy instincts and customer empathy, with the ability to communicate effectively
