Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize email and SMS marketing programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Transform the BioBucks loyalty program to achieve a 20%+ redemption rate
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance customer engagement and retention strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • 2+ years of proven experience with Klaviyo for email and SMS marketing automation
  • Experience in building comprehensive email and SMS programs from strategy through execution
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in customer segmentation and LTV modeling
  • Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and compliance regulations
