Job Summary
To support a remote Out of Region team, the contract Retention and Engagement Marketing Developer will design and manage automated marketing campaigns across email, push, and SMS channels, focusing on customer retention and engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize automation workflows and templates for various marketing channels
- Create personalized content using HTML, CSS, Liquid, and perform QA testing with tools like Litmus
- Build and maintain integrations between marketing platforms, data warehouses, and internal tools while collaborating with analytics teams to measure campaign performance
Required qualifications
- Proven experience with enterprise marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Iterable
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and scripting languages like Liquid
- Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and QA tools like Postman is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills to translate marketing requirements into technical solutions
- Highly organized and capable of working in fast-paced environments
