Retention Marketing Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retention Marketing Enablement Lead to support its retention marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze email and SMS performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Serve as the internal expert on Klaviyo implementation and best practices
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials for the retention team

Required Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of experience in email, SMS, or lifecycle marketing
• Extensive hands-on experience with Klaviyo (email and SMS)
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting account-level data
• Experience in supporting or collaborating with strategists or account teams
• Ability to create SOPs, documentation, and training materials
