Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retention Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and launch complex lifecycle programs across CRM and in-app channels
  • Monitor and report on launched tests and existing lifecycle programs
  • Work with cross-functional partners to optimize existing programs

Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years' experience in customer retention, email, or growth
  • Deep experience with CRM technology and internal testing platforms
  • Prior experience with Braze or similar solutions, and exposure to subscription platforms
  • Strong project management experience
  • Ability to synthesize data and make data-driven decisions
