Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retention Marketing Manager (US, Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement retention-focused lifecycle strategies and campaigns to increase repeat purchase rates and customer lifetime value
- Manage and optimize retention-focused lifecycle programs, including post-purchase and customer education flows
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and provide insights for performance improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing with a focus on lifecycle and retention marketing for DTC ecommerce brands
- Proven experience in developing and implementing lifecycle strategies that enhance customer retention
- Expert-level proficiency in Klaviyo, including segmentation, automation, and deliverability best practices
- Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting performance metrics and conducting A/B tests
