Job Summary
To support a dynamic ecommerce marketplace team, the remote, contract Retention Marketing Manager will develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies aimed at enhancing seller engagement and retention through data-driven initiatives and cross-channel campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and shape strategies to improve seller retention and engagement through targeted campaigns
- Create and implement multi-channel marketing initiatives that support product adoption and seller growth
- Collaborate with analytics teams to identify key segments and uncover opportunities for engagement improvement
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience in lifecycle and retention marketing, focusing on driving behavior change
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms, with Braze experience highly preferred, or proficiency in Salesforce, Klaviyo, or Iterable
- Analytical skills to interpret behavioral insights and engagement trends
- Ability to plan, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns
- Strong project management capabilities, including building roadmaps and managing workflows
