Job Summary

Working remotely four days a week after training, the full-time hourly Retention Representative will manage inbound and outbound customer interactions to retain loyalty, address service inquiries, and upsell products while achieving revenue goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Service inbound calls from residential customers regarding service changes, disconnections, and inquiries
  • Conduct proactive outbound calls to build customer loyalty and exceed retention and upselling goals
  • Assist customers with complex billing issues and provide tailored service recommendations based on needs assessments
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required; Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of previous sales/retention and/or service experience required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Leadership experience preferred
