Job Summary
Working remotely four days a week after training, the full-time hourly Retention Representative will manage inbound and outbound customer interactions to retain loyalty, address service inquiries, and upsell products while achieving revenue goals.
Key responsibilities
- Service inbound calls from residential customers regarding service changes, disconnections, and inquiries
- Conduct proactive outbound calls to build customer loyalty and exceed retention and upselling goals
- Assist customers with complex billing issues and provide tailored service recommendations based on needs assessments
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 1 year of previous sales/retention and/or service experience required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Leadership experience preferred
