Retention Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the part-time Retention Representative will work remotely to retain business clients and educate customers on the value of their Vehicle Service Contracts while achieving retention goals and overcoming objections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently increase retention rates and achieve retention goals
• Identify customer needs, negotiate solutions, and reinforce the value of coverage to retain customers
• Manage existing customer relationships and explain contract details to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• 3-5+ years of experience in retention, renewals, or customer account management
• Background in automotive warranty, insurance, banking, or vacation ownership industries is a plus
• Call center or inside sales experience required
• Tech-savvy with the ability to multitask across CRM platforms
