Job Summary
To support a growing restaurant division, the full-time Retention Restaurant Support Specialist will provide exceptional customer service remotely, managing inbound inquiries and educating clients on Yelp's SaaS product suite to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely inbound customer support via phone and email
- Consult and educate clients on the Yelp Restaurant tools to meet their business needs
- Become an expert in the Yelp Restaurant SaaS product suite to adapt recommendations based on client requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
- Availability to work weekends and holidays between 6AM-8PM PST
- Experience in SaaS, sales, client retention, support, or customer success is preferred
- Strong ability to handle challenging conversations professionally
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
