Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Retention Sales representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customer retention efforts by addressing service disconnection requests and resolving customer issues
• Minimize churn by offering tailored product bundles and proactively contacting clients at high churn risk points
• Meet or exceed budgeted retention goals across all product lines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as needed
• Demonstrated ability to achieve retention goals
• Familiarity with customer satisfaction initiatives and contract renewals
