Job Summary

Empathizing with clients and resolving issues, the full-time Retention Sales Representative will work remotely to retain existing customers by renegotiating agreements and strategically offering product bundles while meeting retention goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Utilizes active listening and ownership to resolve customer issues effectively
  • Minimizes churn by proactively contacting clients at critical points in their lifecycle
  • Collaborates with various departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service
  • Proficiency in MS Suite, including MS Teams and MS Outlook
  • Experience with billing tools and inbound/outbound call center operations
  • Sales experience with customer accounts is required
