Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Retention Sales Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling calls to save and sell services while achieving sales and retention goals.
Key responsibilities
- Determine customer needs and promote appropriate Vyve products to potential and existing customers
- Achieve sales and retention goals for percentage and volume through effective sales techniques
- Document customer-related transactions accurately and ensure professional communication with customers
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred
- Minimum 1-year experience in sales or a customer-facing environment, in-person or call center
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to complex technology changes
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office
