Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retention Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with urgency and care, empathizing with clients to resolve issues and renegotiate agreements
  • Retain existing customer base through active listening, empathy, and problem resolution
  • Execute repricing for designated customers, achieve sales targets, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven call center experience with a passion for generating sales
  • Rapport building skills to meet customer needs ethically
  • Competitive spirit to exceed sales goals
  • Successful completion of background check, employment history investigation, and drug screening
  • Computer proficiency and ability to multitask
