Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retention Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with urgency and care, empathizing with clients to resolve issues and renegotiate agreements
- Retain existing customer base through active listening, empathy, and problem resolution
- Execute repricing for designated customers, achieve sales targets, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
Required Qualifications:
- Proven call center experience with a passion for generating sales
- Rapport building skills to meet customer needs ethically
- Competitive spirit to exceed sales goals
- Successful completion of background check, employment history investigation, and drug screening
- Computer proficiency and ability to multitask
