Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retention Specialist to support students in overcoming challenges that may hinder their training progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct cancellation-saving calls with students and provide empathetic support to address their challenges
  • Collaborate with Sales and Welcome Call teams to identify at-risk students and provide early intervention
  • Track retention metrics and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a retention, customer success, or crisis-management role
  • Strong emotional intelligence for handling sensitive conversations
  • Experience supporting individuals through personal or financial challenges
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, with HubSpot or GoHighLevel experience being a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams
