Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retention Specialist to support students in overcoming challenges that may hinder their training progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cancellation-saving calls with students and provide empathetic support to address their challenges
- Collaborate with Sales and Welcome Call teams to identify at-risk students and provide early intervention
- Track retention metrics and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a retention, customer success, or crisis-management role
- Strong emotional intelligence for handling sensitive conversations
- Experience supporting individuals through personal or financial challenges
- Familiarity with CRM systems, with HubSpot or GoHighLevel experience being a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
