Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retention Specialist to support students in their training journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-to-one calls with students to address cancellation requests and disengagement
- Collaborate with Sales and Welcome Call teams to identify at-risk students and provide early intervention
- Track retention metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement of support processes
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a retention, customer success, or crisis-management role
- Strong emotional intelligence for navigating sensitive conversations
- Experience supporting individuals through personal or financial challenges
- Comfortable using CRM systems, with HubSpot or GoHighLevel experience preferred
- Background in coaching, counselling, social work, or a related field is preferred
