Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retention Specialist to support students in their training journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct one-to-one calls with students to address cancellation requests and disengagement
  • Collaborate with Sales and Welcome Call teams to identify at-risk students and provide early intervention
  • Track retention metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement of support processes
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a retention, customer success, or crisis-management role
  • Strong emotional intelligence for navigating sensitive conversations
  • Experience supporting individuals through personal or financial challenges
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, with HubSpot or GoHighLevel experience preferred
  • Background in coaching, counselling, social work, or a related field is preferred
