Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Retention Specialist will manage inbound and outbound calls from patients wishing to cancel services, addressing their concerns and taking positive actions to retain them while providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from patients and assist with general inquiries, payments, and claims questions
- Handle patient concerns and objections to ensure efforts are made to retain existing patients
- Maintain knowledge of products and services while embodying the company's core values in all interactions
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or collection activities
- Experience in a high-volume, phone-based environment
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
