Job Summary

Handling incoming customer calls, the full-time Retention Specialist will enroll, renew, reactivate, or cancel SiriusXM Connect subscription packages while focusing on retaining and upgrading customer services in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Answer sales and retention calls, following established strategies and guidelines
  • Utilize sales skills to overcome objections and build rapport with customers
  • Consistently achieve performance targets related to sales, retention, and call quality
Required qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of relevant sales experience in a metric-based environment
  • 1-2 years of experience in a contact center environment preferred
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to achieve sales and retention targets effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse customer types
