Job Summary
Handling incoming customer calls, the full-time Retention Specialist will enroll, renew, reactivate, or cancel SiriusXM Connect subscription packages while focusing on retaining and upgrading customer services in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer sales and retention calls, following established strategies and guidelines
- Utilize sales skills to overcome objections and build rapport with customers
- Consistently achieve performance targets related to sales, retention, and call quality
Required qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant sales experience in a metric-based environment
- 1-2 years of experience in a contact center environment preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to achieve sales and retention targets effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse customer types
