Job Summary

Managing complex vendor relationships, the full-time Retention Specialist will drive digital payment adoption, reduce churn, and ensure a seamless vendor experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Engage with vendors to retain business through strategic options and proactive retention strategies
  • Analyze vendor behavior and recommend workflow improvements to enhance the vendor experience and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve vendor issues and support the rollout of new products
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in client success, customer service, or retention roles
  • Strong understanding of digital payments and payment processing concepts
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve vendor adoption
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization skills
