Job Summary

Driving trial customer engagement, the full-time Associate Retention Specialist will manage the Government Checkpoint customer portfolio, lead trial engagement programs, and coordinate outreach strategies to enhance product adoption and retention in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer engagement programs to support trial conversion and retention efforts
• Coordinate outreach strategies to increase trial participation and product usage
• Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in customer success, sales operations, account management, or retention
• Experience managing customer-engagement or retention campaigns
• Proficiency with Salesforce and sales-engagement tools
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and sales metrics
