Retention Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retention Staff Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead subscription solutions, driving customer retention and subscriber growth
• Oversee compelling and personalized save journeys
• Ideate and lead programs to increase subscriber engagement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 5-7 years of experience in product management, product marketing, ecommerce, or business operations
• Prior experience in managing customer journeys and purchase/cancellation flows
• Prior experience in creating business cases for growth initiatives
• Knowledge of membership/subscription-based business model and retention strategies
