Job Summary
Focused on driving customer growth, the full-time Retention Strategist will build and optimize email/SMS campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and enhance customer lifetime value for DTC brands in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Build, optimize, and scale email/SMS flows and campaigns to drive repeat demand
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for increasing customer lifetime value and repeat purchase rates
- Run hypothesis-driven tests, documenting findings to contribute to team best practices
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on eCommerce Email/SMS experience
- 2+ years of experience using Klaviyo, including flows, segmentation, and deliverability
- Proven results in increasing customer lifetime value and repeat purchase rates
- Experience managing email lists of 50k-100k+ subscribers
- Strong analytical skills to assess cohorts, retention curves, and order behavior
