Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retention Strategist (Email/SMS) focused on eCommerce LTV growth.

Key Responsibilities

Build, optimize, and scale email/SMS flows and campaigns
Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for LTV growth and repeat purchases
Run hypothesis-driven tests and document findings for team playbooks

Required Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on eCommerce Email/SMS experience
2+ years of experience with Klaviyo, including flows and segmentation
Proven results in increasing LTV and repeat rates
Experience managing email lists of 50k-100k+ subscribers
Ability to analyze cohorts and retention curves effectively
