Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Retention Restaurant Support Specialist will support restaurant owners remotely by addressing inquiries, educating clients on Yelp's SaaS products, and ensuring client retention through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver timely inbound customer support via phone and email
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using Yelp's restaurant tools
  • Become an expert in the Yelp Restaurant SaaS product suite to effectively assist clients
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays between 6AM-8PM PST
  • Experience in SaaS, sales, client retention, support, or customer success is preferred
