Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Retention Support Specialist will manage inbound support for restaurant owners using Yelp's SaaS products, working remotely and requiring availability for shifts between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM Pacific Time, including weekends and holidays.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver timely inbound customer support via phone and email to resolve inquiries and issues
- Consult with customers to educate them on product features and ensure their business needs are met
- Become an expert in Yelp's Restaurant SaaS product suite and adapt recommendations based on client requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
- Availability to work weekends and holidays between 6 AM and 8 PM PST
- Preferred experience in SaaS, sales, client retention, support, or customer success
- Strong communication skills across various platforms
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
